The upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a king bed in the main and the second has 2 double beds and a trundle bed. This level has a renovated bathroom and kitchen. The downstairs is the original beach house with an extra kitchen and 2 sets of bunks beds for the kids. There is also an unrenovated shower room on this level. Parking is available off street but not in the garage.
