This home is 192 m2 plus a large balcony and separate courtyard. They don't make town houses this big any more! The laundry/kitchenette facilities downstairs include an iron and ironing board, a separate washing machine, moisture-sensing clothes dryer and tub, as well as a bar fridge, microwave and a small supply of cutlery, crockery, cups and cleaning products.
