Property information

Stingray is a gorgeous fully renovated townhouse centrally located in Ballina. It is situated in the ideal spot to access the river, creek and ocean, where you can swim or just enjoy the views.  Stingray is also a short walk away from Ballina main street, with shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. This property set across two floors has 2 bedrooms with one King and one Queen Bed, 2 bathrooms (one an ensuite) and a lovely modern stainless-steel kitchen fully equipped with quality appliances.  The dining area is quite compact but there is also a dining table and chairs set up outside under a gazebo for that al fresco experience. It’s a lovely place to eat surrounded by greenery.  The upstairs lounge area has a private balcony surrounded by leafy green plants. There is a TV on both levels with Netflix. For your comfort all rooms are either air conditioned or having ceiling fans. There is parking for one vehicle outside the property, and free parking on the street for another. Linen and towels are supplied in all of our holiday homes for 14 nights. If the booking exceeds 14 nights, additional fees will apply on top of the quoted price as fresh linen will be delivered, the existing linen will be removed and the property will be cleaned.
