Completed in November 2019, Studio 11 Mandurah Marina is a fabulous 2 bedroom fully self contained apartment located in the heart of the Marina and only a stones throw to the water.
A huge selection of restaurants, bars, cinemas, boardwalks, beach, children's play grounds and waterfront are within 100-300m so this is the perfect location for your next holiday; everything is right on your doorstep! Also, Bike and Boat Hire and Mandurah Cruises with Dolphin spotting cruises are all only 100m away. Plus, there are walkways and cycle ways galore.
Bedroom one has a Queen bed and bedroom two has two single beds. A spacious living room has a large french balcony, high ceilings, air-cond and 50inch TV with Foxtel. There are also ceiling fans in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities as well.
Studio 11 is fully self contained. Beds will be made up for your arrival and towels available for your stay. For longer staying guests, the apartment will be serviced every 5 days. With beautiful beaches and a huge selection of restaurants and activities for you to enjoy, you will have a wonderful holiday! Studio 11 is perfect for families and/or couples.
