A luxurious city pad with free parking. Located across from our stunning City Park which is the host of Festivale and many other annual events, makes this studio apartment a perfect location for many. Easy walk to all the city shopping, across the road the City Park, across York St and you are at the Aquatic Centre with something for everyone, a fully equipped gymnasium and cafe. The apartment is a spacious studio room with a queen bed and a sofa bed, so it can sleep 4 if need be.

Centrally located, walking distance to everything in the Launceston CBD. Next to the Titanium who offer a bar and great meals. Across from the Aquatic Centre that offers something for everyone plus a fully equipped gymnasium.
