The property is perfect, plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, extremely close to wineries. Stayed here for a sisters/nieces girls weekend and it was brilliant. 2 bathrooms was extremely helpful too.

Home to the local native plant specialist, McLaren Vale Natives, this property offers a private and relaxing retreat for groups and families, completely secluded from the nursery. Set among sprawling, leafy gardens, it encapsulates indoor-outdoor living with a full-length verandah at the front, fire pit for roasting marshmallows at nightfall and a BBQ for cooking up a feast. Enter to find open plan living and dining. There’s a large timber table for groups to gather and enjoy a shared meal at home and a leather lounge to get cosy in front of the TV. A fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen features a butlers’ pantry and a breakfast bar to take things slow in the morning. Travelling with infants? A high chair and travel cot can be provided on request. The property comes with four bedrooms, each beautifully appointed for your stay with access to the wraparound verandah and central heating and cooling to keep things comfortable. The queen-sized master suite highlights a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a generous shower. The second bedroom also contains a queen-sized bed, while bedrooms three and four each offer a double bed. The large main bathroom has both a bathtub and shower to feel refreshed, along with a separate toilet. Guests will also have access to an internal laundry adding to your everyday convenience. Ample parking is provided on site.

It gives visitors access to more than 80 cellar doors, exceptional award-winning restaurants and a stunning coastline encompassing the Fleurieu Peninsula. Visit iconic producers, Hardys Tintara and d’Arenberg, dine at Maxwell Restaurant and The Currant Shed, and cycle the Shiraz Trail or Coast to Vines Rail Trail. Swim or snorkel at the spectacular cliff-lined Port Willunga and spend a Saturday morning at the Willunga Farmers Markets.
