Sunrise House is a fully self-contained 4-bedroom 2-bathroom waterfront home. Main bedroom with water views has a king size bed plus ensuite, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has 2 long single beds which can be joined to form another king size bed when required, and a 4th bedroom has a set of bunk beds and trundle bed. Open plan living areas make it ideal for families. The ample sleeping arrangements make it easy to accommodate 2 families. The back outside area has a BBQ and secure under cover parking. An ample back garden provides safe playing space. Enjoy glorious sunrises, or a sundowner on the verandah while the gentle sunset colours play out in the opposite eastern sky. With Albany lights shimmering on the still waters of the Princess Royal Harbour, you can't get enough of the evening views. Every day brings new things to enjoy, bird life on the water, ships loading cargo at the harbour terminal... the occasional storm will also be part of the ever changing scenery. You may even see dolphins frolicking in the waters right in front of Sunrise House! Be sure to pack your binoculars!

Little Grove is a quiet neighbourhood location on the Princess Royal Harbour. Popular Middleton Beach is 15 minutes away. Or fancy lazing on deserted white sands with turquoise water instead? Goode Beach and Frenchman Bay are 10 minutes further along the peninsula. Attractions such as the Gap are almost next door. Or if sailing is your thing, the yacht club is within easy walking distance. A level bike path leading all the way to Albany runs right past the front door. Or jump on your road bike and cycle to Frenchman Bay instead. And then there is the 4WDing, bird watching, whale watching, and fishing... and small private beaches along the bay which are accessible from Little Grove. There is much to do in Albany too. A visit to the Albany Visitor Centre is a must. If you are here during winter, we definitely recommend whale watching at Cheynes Beach and other places nearby! For the ultimate relaxing holiday, Sunrise House as your base is hard to beat. Start the day sipping a good coffee while drinking in the sunrise right in front of you. Play hard at surfing, fishing, sailing, biking, hiking, then finish the day with a coldie and the catch of the day on the BBQ.
