Property information

This top-floor apartment is completely furnished and has views of both the Eastern hills and the Western beaches. You will want to look at this apartment because it is one of the few in this building that does provide both views. Additionally, tenants have access to the amenities at Pullman's five-star hotel. These consist of a gym, pool, spa and sauna, and shower/changing areas. The apartment features a private balcony with views of the lush parks in Hindmarsh Square, a large open-concept living and dining area, a contemporary kitchen with a built-in oven, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and microwave, a beautiful marble splash back and island bench top, a queen bed in a fully carpeted bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a Bosch washing machine in the bathroom, split air conditioning systems throughout and an intercom for further security. Hindmarsh Square is Adelaide's premier apartment destination, with all of the city's services, including universities, retail, and big corporations, just outside your front door.
