Our charismatic colonial style 3 bedroom home, has been tastefully decorated, sleeps up to 6 & is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Coonawarra wineries, Mt.Gambier, Robe & the Limestone Coast area.

Enjoy a long lunch overlooking the vineyards at Hollick Estates, stop in at Koonara Wines in the main street to taste a local drop or two and venture on to explore boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Discover the town’s fascinating history on the heritage walk or relive the days of yesteryear at historic Petticoat Lane. Penola is also famed as the home of Australia’s first saint, Mary McKillop and the special centre created to honour her life is well-worth a visit. #southaustralia
Telegraph Station Stays is conveniently located just off the Main Street. You’ll find a local hotel across the road, Piper of Penola restaurant fours doors down, and a supermarket, cafes, local swimming pool, playground, and cellar doors, Visitor Information Centre all a two minute walk from the front door.
You can easily stroll around the township of Penola or book a shuttle bus to the Coonawarra wineries through Coonawarra experiences.
