Centrally located, The Armidale House is walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and TAS. This stylish country home is superbly renovated and equipped with quality furniture and appliances. Reverse cycle ducted heating ensures it is comfortable. The home is eco-friendly, with solar power and spacious gardens filled with birds. It is filled with natural light and curated local artwork. Our Delonghi machine and coffee nook makes your morning coffee overlooking the garden a delight.
The Armidale House is nestled in a beautiful neighbourhood, across the road from The Armidale School. It is walking distance to Armidale CBD. Nearby are shops, restaurants, cafes, sporting facilities, Armidale race course and NERAM. It is a 1 minute drive to Aldi, 5 minutes to Armidale Hospital and train station, 8 minutes to the University of New England campus and less than 10 minutes drive to the airport. Free secure parking is provided on the property. Public transport includes taxis, uber, train and aeroplane. Many of the highlights of Armidale are within walking distance.
