Perfect for families or friends, this stylish townhouse is set in a quiet complex yet within walking distance to Byron’s beaches, shops, and cafes. The open-plan downstairs living, dining, and lounge area flows onto a sunny courtyard, ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing with a drink. The fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and laundry make longer stays convenient, while an adjacent bunk room provides extra space for children. Upstairs, three bright bedrooms—including a master with ensuite—offer comfort, ducted AC, and a functional layout for groups. Outdoor shower and surfboard storage complete this perfect beachside escape.

Neighbourhood information

Byron is best known for perfect beaches, relaxed quality dining and unique shopping experiences. A perfect combination for a getaway. Perfectly located from the town, Main beach and Clarkes beach is a 10 min flat walk or 3 min drive to both beaches. If you have small children a car may be preferable but walking is definitely possible.
