“The Beach House” is a spectacular waterfront property situated on the very popular Welsby Parade in Bongaree, Bribie Island. This is a getaway in paradise and is the perfect destination for your next holiday. Newly renovated, this amazing home boasts incredible indoor/outdoor living areas on both the lower level and the upper level. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy a wonderful holiday on Bribie Island and the magnificent water views. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms plus open plan kitchen/dining/lounge plus full-length balcony to enjoy those picturesque sunsets that Bribie Island is famous for. This luxurious home has high quality appliances and furniture throughout with the added bonus of split system air conditioning in the main bedroom, upstairs Living room and ceiling fans. Master – king size bed and beautiful ensuite 2 x double bedrooms with queen sized beds in each 1 x double bedroom with two single beds And to make your stay even better you have the use of two fridges and two microwaves so entertaining upstairs or downstairs makes life easy! Added bonus it is within walking distance to the local shops, Bribie Bowls club and Pumicestone Passage foreshore which offers picnic and child friendly play areas, and only a few minutes’ drive from the Arts Centre, parks, cafes, boat ramp and shopping centre. Come and enjoy some time out, walk along the Pumicestone foreshore while watching the stunning sunsets, you may even see dolphins playing.
