Great light and airy 2 bedroom unit only 100m to the beach and with harbour views of Shoal Bay. Leave the car behind and walk to all that Shoal Bay offers including the beach, wharf, the Country Club, shops, cafes and more. This lovely coastal style apartment offers an open plan living and dining area with comfortable furnishings, air conditioning, a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with ceiling fans, and a modern bathroom with rain shower and toilet as well as an extra additional toilet. You'll love lounging on the balcony with furnishings enjoying the water views across Shoal Bay as you sit back and relax, revive and rejuvenate. There is an internal laundry and side balcony with BBQ. There is a single covered car parking space and stairs to the unit. Master bedroom offers a queen bed, bedroom II offers a queen bed and a tri bunk bed (double bed below, single above). Linen packs are provided, make own beds.

The neighbourhood of Shoal Bay has a postcard perfect beach with soft white sand, turquoise waters, with a lighthouse at one end and the famous Mount Tomaree. This heavenly hamlet is just 5 minutes from Nelson Bay CBD and handy to many clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. Take the 40 minute walk to Tomaree Summit for unforgettable views of the coastline and visit the WWII gun emplacements on the way, or take the coastal walk from Zenith Beach via Wreck and Box Beach to Fingal Bay. Shoal Bay has a coastal village atmosphere with a range of beachside dining and shopping. After a day of adventure or just lazing on the beach, call in for a cooling drink at the famous Shoal Bay Country Club an institution for holiday makers built in the 1950s which is located across the road from the apartment. Offering two restaurants, bar, live entertainment and more - it's the place to be seen.
