With over 140 years of rich history, this grand heritage-listed home with original structure, is a well preserved example of the town’s gothic revival architecture. The house is constructed from solid limestone characteristic of the fascinating geology of the region. Conveniently located between Melbourne and Adelaide you will be able to experience life in a regional country town. Easily accessible, it has large grounds, an outside dining area, broadband internet and off-street parking. Just 7 minutes walk from the Main Street, its central, yet quiet and peaceful location, will allow you to explore all that Mt Gambier and surrounding areas have to offer.
