Property information

The Lookout is centrally located in Coles Bay and has views of the famous Hazards mountain range through the treetops & stunning ocean views. This property is proudly and professionally managed by Freycinet Holiday Houses. This elevated spacious two storey house is perfect for families, friends or couples, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas. This property has a great sheltered BBQ area and an expansive upper deck with views. The back yard is fully fenced. Comfortably furnished throughout and fully self contained, the kitchen is well equipped for any family feasts. Curl up in front of the ambiance of the fireplace in winter. The Lookout is close to many attractions and just a short stroll to the beach. Also a short walk to the cafe, shop, tavern and wineglass bay cruises jetty. The Lookout has four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a double bed, with a single on top, the third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has four singles beds (2 x bunks). Extra guests can be arranged where we can supply a fold away bed. Please advise if you require a cot or high chair. There is plenty of parking. The Lookout has plenty of room to park your boat, also in & out access so you don't need to reverse or manoeuvre your boat. There is a boat ramp only a 2 minute drive away. We are delighted to host you and your beloved pet at our pet-friendly property. You are welcome to bring your furry friend, upon request and an extra fee arranged prior to your arrival. Please note that our premises may not be entirely fenced. We kindly ask our guests to be vigilant in looking after their dogs and ensuring they remain within the boundaries of the property. This responsible approach is essential to prevent incidents and maintain a positive relationship within our community.

There are many attractions here in Freycinet. In the Freycinet National Park you have the famous Wineglass Bay and the lighthouse, you can get information & maps on the walks and hikes in this region from the National Park office here in Coles Bay. There are also experiences such as: A unique and reputable food & wine tour called The Long Lunch Tour Co. Wineglass Bay Cruises where you can view Wineglass Bay via a cruise. 4WD bike tours with All4Adventures. Kayak Tours with Freycinet Adventures. Scenic flights with Freycinet Air. The Freycinet Marine Farm where you can sample local oysters and scallops A restaurant/ cafe "Geographe". There are also wineries in the area & Tombolo woodfire pizza's at Devils Corner. There are lots of stunning beaches for swimming and fishing and a golf course. There are also many attractions in the next town of Bicheno (only 25 minutes away), where you can go on a night time Penguin Tours and see Tasmanian Devils at Nature World.
