Hi there. We are a real estate agency in Sussex Inlet who have been professionally handling holiday rentals for more than 40 years. We pride ourselves on our customer service and property management experience. Call us on 02 44412135 if you have any queries. For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Welcome to The Perfect Holiday Home in Sussex Inlet! This delightful holiday rental offers a comfortable and spacious retreat for your next getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to nine guests, making it perfect for family getaways. Things to note about the property: Linen, towels and pillowcases are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) Aircon is available.
