Located just a ten-minute walk from the beach, this single-level home is a relaxed and welcoming base for your Mornington Peninsula getaway. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area makes it easy to come together after a day of exploring. There is comfy seating for curling up in front of the large TV, and split-system air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable year-round.
The kitchen includes everything you need for easy holiday meals, from a fridge and freezer to an oven, cookware essentials, and a Nespresso machine. Share meals at the breakfast bar, around the eight-seater dining table, or outside on the shaded deck overlooking the backyard.
This spacious home accommodates up to eight guests and features three bedrooms designed with families in mind. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and mirrored wardrobes. The other two bedrooms offer a tri-bunk bed, which has a double bed below and a single bed above. Additionally, the second bedroom has a study nook or workspace along with a mounted TV. Guests can refresh in the contemporary bathroom, equipped with a deep soaker bath and a separate shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The backyard is fully fenced—perfect for kids and pets to enjoy some outdoor space. You’ll also have free Wi-Fi, carport parking, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer to make longer stays feel just like home.

Rosebud Beach, a popular swimming beach, is located a short stroll from home. The foreshore offers picnic areas, BBQ facilities and a children's playground, you'll also find cafes and takeaway shops right across the road. Stop by one of the numerous local farmers' markets for fresh, regional produce you can cook up in your kitchen – check out the Mornington Peninsula tourism website beforehand for dates and locations.
Experience panoramic views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne with Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that glides high above the landscape. The base is under 10 minutes' drive, and once at the summit you’ll find an expansive deck and a cafe to enjoy a coffee and take in the sweeping sights.
