This stunning modern home is located across from the sandy shoreline of Caves Beach, right next door to a playground, and with views of the ocean. Listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the sandy shoreline, be refreshed by the salty breeze, relax in the comfy lounges while reading a great book, or simply be entertained by the homes many features, including outdoor kitchen and private garden. The home features 4 bedrooms all with their own ensuites and walk in robes. Free wifi and great entertainment systems for the whole family. Just a 5 minute walk will find you at the local shops, cafes, hotel and local IGA supermarket. Walk in the front entry foyer and feel instantly at home. With four bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and four living areas, your family will love having their own space, while also the ability to join together for a great family holiday and making memories.. Decorated in a modern easy care, coastal theme with hardwood look floors, comfy lounges and modern entertainment systems including streaming TVs and audio this home will not dissapoint and you will want to come back again and again. The lower level has an open plan lounge area that leads out onto the tiled undercover outdoor living area, kitchen with BBQ/cooking facilities and alfresco dining area. There is a lovely garden and backyard to relax in that is seperate from the entertainment area, and an outdoor shower to wash of the salt and sand from a hard day laying on the beach and catching waves. You will also find two identical sized master bedrooms with queen beds, ensuites and walk in robes, a laundry with washing machine and dryer and another seperate toilet for your convenience. Upstairs is a huge open plan living area, dining room and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has underbench stainless steel oven, dishwasher and a large walk in pantry . This area opens up to a large undercover deck with stunning ocean views. Bedrooms one and two (both with ensuites) are on this level.

Neighbourhood information

Just 1.5hrs drive from Sydney, Caves Beach is an ideal holiday destination to relax, swim, surf, fish and dine. Our holiday home is located only 100mtrs from Caves Beach, which is well known for its historical beach caves and white sandy beaches. During the summer months, the beach is patrolled by the local surf lifesaving club making it an ideal family getaway destination. The area offers holiday filled activities such as fishing from the break walls, headlands, and beaches. A nearby boat ramp and boat hire allows easy access to the mouth of Lake Macquarie, perfect anglers or for just cruising the lake. For the energetic, why not take on the coastal walk from Caves Beach to Catherine Hill Bay heritage village. Then afterwards relax at one of the fine cafés, clubs, restaurants or enjoy a cocktail or cold beer whilst taking in the beach view from the deck of Caves Beach Hotel - all within an easy walk from your accommodation.
