Tucked away in the picturesque Red Rocks area of Cowes, this charming retreat is just a short walk to Red Rocks beach and minutes from the Phillip Island Winery and Cowes shops. Ideal for a relaxing getaway, the property features a spacious deck and backyard overlooking peaceful green paddocks with glimpses of the ocean—perfect for entertaining with a BBQ or letting the kids play freely. Inside, the open plan layout creates a light-filled living, dining, and kitchen space with modern split system heating and cooling. The home sleeps up to six guests comfortably, with two bedrooms: a master with a queen bed and an extra toilet, and a second room with a single bed and a tri-bunk. Step out onto the deck for morning coffee or evening sunsets, and enjoy the homely coastal vibe throughout. Wi-Fi is included, and a scenic golf course is just down the road for added leisure. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure. Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.*
