A washer, dryer, and ironing facilities are available too. Outside, there’s a covered entertaining area that overlooks the private saltwater pool. The pool is open year-round and comes with sun loungers and pool toys. The fenced yard has a grassy space for kids or pets, and the shed can be used as storage, a small gym, or a workspace. Parking for four cars is available on the property. You’ll be in a quiet street but close to everything. Robina Town Centre and Mudgeeraba Village are just minutes away, and Burleigh’s beaches, shops, and cafes are only a short drive.
