The property hosts retreats, special occasions, and peaceful getaways year-round. Karolina manages bookings and events, while Jahna looks after guest care and site readiness. Surrounded by rolling hills, open skies, and peaceful natural beauty, it sits alongside four charming cottages that together create the full Sherwood Farm experience. The Pavilion — along with its private guest house, The Nook — offers plenty of space for everyone to come together, while still ensuring each guest enjoys their own privacy and quiet corner to retreatStep inside and be wowed by the sheer scale and beauty of The Sherwood Pavilion. The open-plan layout, soaring vaulted ceilings, and large windows flood the home with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that’s both luxurious and grounding. Every part of the home has been carefully designed with care and attention – from the natural materials and thoughtfully chosen furniture to the soft bedding and peaceful, earthy colours. It’s a space that feels warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Spacious living and dining room with a stunning double-sided fireplace. The lounges offer comfortable seating — perfect for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet moment by the fire. It’s also an ideal setting to unwind, connect, or hold group sessions. Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with walk-in pantry flows into both indoor and outdoor dining areas, making it ideal for shared meals, cooking experiences, or catered events. The Pavilion includes five beautifully appointed bedrooms and adjoining the main residence fully self-contained guest house • A master suite with queen bed and expansive private ensuite • A second bedroom with two double beds and direct access to the deck • Two additional queen bedrooms • A cosy lounge room currently styled as a playroom The Nook space includes two king bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, a private lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen.We do have a damage deposit in place, which is required to be paid 7 days before your arrival.
