This recently renovated double brick bungalow is very conveniently located - 15 mins walk to Katoomba town centre, art galleries, restaurants, and Echo Point & the Three Sisters, which provide unsurpassed views of the best formations in the world heritage listed Blue Mountains. The house is professionally cleaned and provides fresh towel and linen, professionally laundered. Free WIFI. Central gas heating system, providing comfort during the cold weather. House is Art Deco, ornate ceilings, furnished with some fine original 1930s and modern furniture. It has a brand new kitchen, two new sumptuous bathrooms, separate living and dinning areas, large flat screen, board games. Provides luxurious contemporary living and generous accommodation for families and large groups. 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people: 1 queen, 2 king singles, 1 double, 2 single beds. Electric blankets for each bed, washing machine, iron & board.

Katoomba is the heart of the Blue Mountains National Park, a world Heritage Listed nature preserve. In addition to the amazing natural wonders, the town is also renowned for the many music, art and cultural festivals it hosts every year.
