The only townhouse in a block of apartments, this stylish three-level stay sets the tone for spacious city-side living. Impeccably designed throughout, it’s flooded with natural light, combining warm timber with neutral whites and pops of colour to create a true urban sanctuary, complete with separation for families.
Entering the home, the open-plan living space flows to the private patio. Whip up a feast in the gourmet kitchen and dine alfresco or take things slow up at the breakfast bar over your morning coffee. Come together around the table inside or kick back on the sofa, enjoying the large wall-mounted TV. Central air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keep things comfortable no matter what season you are travelling.
Heading upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms. The first comes with a king-sized bed as well as a desk space, perfect for those on a working holiday, while the second bedroom is set with two single beds—suitable for adults and children. On this level, there is a full bathroom and a laundry with both a washing machine and dryer. There's also a cosy reading nook where you can unwind on the gorgeous Chesterfield leather lounge. The primary bedroom encompasses the entire upper level. It opens to a balcony and boasts a king-sized bed, lounge and attached ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double vanity.
Parking is provided in the garage for one car.
