ご注意：宿泊施設はThe Tasmanian Innの1階（日本式2階）にあります。館内にはフルサービスのレストラン、賑やかなバー、活気のあるキッチン、ビアガーデンがあります。バーでは深夜まで酒類を提供しているほか、グラウンドフロア全域で音楽を流しています。インでは宿泊者の方にできる限り配慮し、22:00以降は音楽の音量を控えめにしています。
周辺の通りにある駐車スペースは、金曜17:00～月曜09:00の間は無料で駐車できます。駐車料金が無料になる週末以外に滞在する場合は、インから徒歩5分先にあるSecure駐車場（所在地：142 Argyle Street）を利用できます。料金は1日あたり10ドル（AUD）です。
