The Terrace is located in a quiet area and very centrally located, with an easy pedestrian overpass directly to Shelly Beach and only mins to Ballina central were you will find all your requirements such as retail shopping, cinemas, clubs and activities. Grab a coffee and sit by the Richmond river, explore the interesting maritime museum and surrounding areas. This home is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen and large outdoor undercover area to enjoy a family Bbq. When it gets too hot enjoy the air conditioned family space. A single lock up garage completes this property.
