There is a infrared radiant heater in the patio for comfort in colder months. 300 meters to IGA supermarket, Liquorland, laundromat, bakery, fast food takeaway. 2 min drive to popular West Beach or town centre. Please refrain from asking for exemptions on pets, animals, children and smoking as we do not wish to offend our guests when we deny this request. We don't allow smoking and vaping anywhere on the premises. Portable gas stoves and other cooking appliances are not to be used. Please read all facilities available thoroughly. Sinclair is a small, friendly suburb with lots of basic amenities. Close to bus stops and short distance to town centre and popular beaches. Escooters located in the area. We live in a nice, friendly neighbourhood, Close to town and West Beach.
