A private deck, nestled into the garden, is a favorite place to sit and watch the prolific birdlife and view the sunset over the water. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooktop, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bathroom has a freestanding shower and toilet. The lounge area has a smart TV with Netflix. Additional facilities include a gas BBQ, reverse cycle aircon for heating and cooling, radiant heat panel, and free Wifi access. Close to shops, cafes, the golf course, and river and ocean beaches.

Blue Water Lake is a neighborhood secret: a bird reserve that is loved by locals for its sheltered, grassy open spaces and is home to abundant birdlife. Access to the track circling the lake is a short walk from the Villa. The river beach and golf course are also close by, and the ocean beach is a 15-minute walk.
