Tranquil Waters is a new built home, located 100m from the shores of Geographe Bay, is this large, newly built property on a large corner block., very close to Busselton Hospital. The property has 4 larger than double size rooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, and 3 toilets; with a designer open plan kitchen looking over the large dining and family area. The house has a separate lounge/theatre room with a large flat screen TV, as well as a study/play/reading room. Fully ducted heating and cooling, and opening onto a paved undercover outdoor space, give this property a comfortable but grand feel. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. Self check-in with onsite secure lock box. Property can sleep up to 8 guests. This is a No party, no leavers property. Pets are welcome, they must be cleaned up after, including fur, or fees will apply. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
