Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place which has a pool, sauna, spa, deck, parking for 2 cars and relax in a hammock while watching the sunset! We are only 20 min. from the Brisbane CBD or Theme Parks or 35 min. to the Gold Coast! Next to the M1 and huge shopping center. The guesthouse has 1 large aircon in the living area. Please be aware that pool/sauna area is shared with owners. Note: Property has outdoor security cameras. Quiet and lovely neighbourhood, Southern suburban Neighborhood, 10 min. walking distance to a large Shopping Centre, Bars, Restaurants, huge Park areas all around. Bus station 10 min. walk, 20 min drive to Brisbane CBD by car or 35 by bus. 40 min. drive to the Gold Coast (beaches) The train from Airport will take you near our place but best is by Uber.
