Welcome to 27 Warana Street, a charming 5 Bedroom coastal retreat in the heart of Noosa Heads. Intentionally designed for easy family holidays, the plantation-style residence features sun-soaked, airy interiors with high ceilings, leafy outlooks from every corner, a private pool and multiple alfresco areas. 
Access the property via the top-level balcony, strolling past the sun-soaked deck to your right with a spacious 10-person dining table overlooking the sparkling pool. The upper level is dedicated to open-plan living, with the kitchen taking prime position. Complete with marble benchtops, modern appliances, and a spacious island bench, it flows seamlessly into the dining and lounge areas, perfect for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing with family. For casual meals, take a seat at the indoor dining table or step outside onto the balcony with comfortable lounge seating. Flowing on from the kitchen, the master suite offers a comfortable queen bed, TV, ensuite, spacious walk-in robe, and direct access to the alfresco area, providing a private retreat within the home.
Descending the stairs, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door fills the space with bounds of natural light. An additional verandah area with a spacious dining table creates another inviting spot for dining or relaxing in your tropical oasis. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the pool is the true heart of the home and offers the perfect place to take a refreshing dip, unwind and soak up the Noosa sunshine. 
On the lower floor, the first bedroom to the left is appointed with a double bed. There are two additional double bedrooms, connected by another outdoor verandah. The fifth bedroom is appointed with two single beds, and all bedrooms enjoy spacious built-in robes. There is a luminous shared main bathroom, with a separate toilet.

The central positioning of the home places you in an exceptionally convenient location between Hastings Street, Noosa Junction and Gympie Terrace. The vibrant hub of Noosa Junction is just a short stroll away, where you can enjoy an array of restaurants and cafes, and peruse charming boutiques. A quick 10-minute drive will take you directly to the bustling Hastings Street and the Famous Noosa Main Beach, or in the other direction, Gympie Terrace is a haven for water sports, walks along Noosa River and picnics along the parkland.
