Property information

This attractive home has a seamless and easy floor plan. With most of the living areas and heated swimming pool well designed to take full advantage of the northerly aspect. There are stack doors that fold back and lead you from the inside living spaces directly out onto the deck and pool area. This private home has gorgeous tropical established gardens and plenty of areas to unwind. There is a private, level grassed area which is a great space for kids or pets to play. Only 800m stroll to the beach, spend the morning in the surf and the afternoon floating in your resort-style private pool. Marcus Beach is nestled between Peregian Beach Village & Noosa Heads, offering plenty of wonderful options for shopping and dining out
