Drop your bags, kick off your shoes and head to the beach, which is conveniently just over the road. You simply couldn't beat the location of this rustic coastal farmhouse. Close to Ocean Beaches (5 min walk), St Andrews Brewery, Peninsula Hot Springs, National Parks & Walking Trails, Golf Courses and some of the best wineries in the country. Solid stone walls, high ceilings and a beautiful natural flow of fresh ocean air. This home easily caters for large entertaining indoors or outdoors.

St Andrews Beach is a true getaway destination. Escape the summer parking horrors and crowded front-beach with easy access to the ocean beaches. Close to national parks, wineries, breweries and day spas, this location cannot be beaten. This home is situated a very short walk (450m) to the Rye Ocean Beach. To access the best of what Mornington Peninsula has to offer, you will need a car. It's the only way to see everything. Shops and restaurants can get very crowded in peak season, we recommend booking ahead. Rye, Sorrento and Dromana have the best eateries for the evening, however we recommending feasting throughout the day at the wineries, breweries and farmhouses. For access to shopping and restaurants: St Andrews Shops (5 min) Rye Village (5 mins) St Andrews Brewery (2 min) Blairgowrie Village (10 mins) Sorrento Village (15 mins) Dromana Village (15 mins) Portsea Village (18 mins) Peninsula Hot Springs (5 min) National Golf Course (5 min) Should you wish to catch public transport, the bus stop is 300m away.
