Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located, double-story, modern, well appointed beach house. In between both Red Rock Beach (900m) and Erehwon Point Beach (2km), walking distance to Cowes pier, Coles, Liquorland, Aldi, Woolworths, Phillip Island Hotel & all of the cafes, takeaways, restaurants and wine bars on Thompson Avenue. 8 mins to Amaze N' Things, 9 mins to GP track and Smiths Beach, 11 minutes to Penguin Parade
