We pride ourselves on our customer service and property management experience. Call us on 02 44412135 if you have any queries. For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Welcome to the "Unbeatable Waterfront Location" holiday rental in Sussex Inlet! This holiday property offers a serene and picturesque setting, boasting an unparalleled waterfront position. With its four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this rental comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. Things to note about the property: Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) Aircon is available. No Wifi No smoking inside the house No Pets allowed and no garage access. No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)

Sussex Inlet, Cudmirrah and Berrara are lovely coastal areas offering a range of water activities. Boating, fishing, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing are all great around here.
