Villa Nova sits up on the headland at Gerroa. The house has spectacular views over Seven Mile Beach, the Illawarra Escarpment and right across to Culburra. Shops, cafes and restaurants are a ten minute drive away in Gerringong or a 15 minute drive away in Berry. How is the property laid out? Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The king bedroom has a private balcony with a view out to the ocean plus an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining and lounge room with polished concrete flooring running smoothly through the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. A breakfast bar seats four and the wooden dining table seats eight. The lounge area has comfy seating, a large flat screen TV and coffee table.The kitchen is full equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric hotplate, Coffee machine (some capsules provided), double fridge/freezer with ice water system.There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower, bath, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
