This is a double storey house, there have three bedroom and one shared bathroom for guests. There have queen size bed for two guests, king single size bed for one guest and one single size bed for one guest. All bedrooms have bright windows, private wardrobe and neat bedding. There have a living room with TV and kitchen with equipment on ground floor can be shared by guests. Host live in the house on ground floor as well. Quite street, nice view in Autumn, beauty backyard. Close to the groceries shop, coffee shop, post, laundry shop etc. Bus station close to the property and direct to CBD and Westfield shopping center. There is a lovely place you will stay.
The host lived in the property for 8 years, he is faithfulness, kindness and like cooking and cleaning. He and his wife work for renovation company. Do some design and skill work like painting, tiling and so on. We start been host since 2017, they got very good reviews and be friend with guests. Stop for long time because go overseas. We are pleasure to offer our experience and warm heart to our guests.
It's a quite suburb in inner east Melbourne. Lots of Mansion in these suburb. Melbourne museum, library, famous public and private school. Sport complex. Swimming pool. Asia food, India food, Japanese food not too far.
