A lovely wrap around deck welcomes to into this property. Once inside, you will find a large, open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room that has been updated and designed perfectly for your family. Partially separated from the rest of the room, the kitchen is packed full of extras including a dishwasher and microwave. In the lounge, there are multiple comfy couches as well as a TV with DVD player and Blu-ray. A wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Off of a central hallway, you will find all three bedrooms as well as the main bathroom and laundry. Of the bedrooms, one has a queen bed, the second has two single beds and the third has both a queen bed and a double bed. All bedrooms come with built-in robes, fans and TVs. The main bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet while, in the laundry, there is a washing machine, dryer and a separate second toilet. Outside, the property is full fenced, with there being enough space in the front to park your car as well as a boat. At the rear of the property, a large grassed area provides plenty of space for the kids to play, while a paved alfresco area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink in the warm summer evenings. Please note that there is no barbeque at this property.
