The main house features fantastic indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, large bedrooms and wrap around verandahs. The house is perfect for large family gatherings or groups of friends. Whispering Pines is not a party house - please. Hens and bucks parties are also strictly prohibited. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Please note Upgrades are ongoing to this beautiful property, but everything is true to the photos which are kept current and accurate. Also note that contractors may sometimes visit during your stay to feed cattle and / or attend to other property maintenance issues - generally always away from the house. Where will I be? Whispering Pines is a rural property located in Far Meadow, about eight minutes drive south of Berry, where you will find award winning restaurants, shops and cafe. Drive six minutes towards the coast and you will find yourself at the famous Seven Mile Beach Gerroa.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
