Short drive or walk to Pambula Lake boat ramp and oyster sheds, great fishing and walks. Four bedrooms (3 queen, 1 single). Fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, 900cm oven, cooktop. Laundry with washer/dryer. Generous main bathroom w bath plus ensuite. Large lounge and dining room.
