Wilyabrup River Retreat is centrally situated, equi-distant to Margaret River, Dunsborough and Busselton and a short 10 minute drive to Gracetown and its pristine beaches. A peaceful time is guaranteed on the 10 acre property (3 acres of which are planted with mature vines) and is nestled between Brookland Valley Winery, the renowned Flutes Restaurant and the beautiful Secret Garden, all within walking distance of the house. Sleeping 9 in comfort, the spacious 4x3 property nestled amongst the tree tops comprises 4-bedrooms with a timber decked sweeping balcony overlooking the Wilyabrup Brook. The kitchen is a cooks delight, although on warm summer nights the outside bbq on the huge deck is always pretty hard to resist. Linen and towels are provided and laundered. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer. Foxtel is available.
