I love my unit, it filled with light and good vibe. The house is located on the hill so we love the fresh breezes. The best part is wining and dining on the verandah with the gorgeous party lights and views on the CBD and the Storey bridge. While people in the city have to deal with the urban noise, we re tucked away for a quiet time-out. Welcome!!!

Beautiful residential suburb with affluent houses. Norman park is one of the safest suburbs of Brisbane.
Very kind and friendly neighbours.
A shopping centre Foodworks at the bottom of the Mcilwraith Avenue with bottle shop, groceries, australia post, bakery and beauty salon. A new petrol station Caltex just 100m away.
Plenty of off street parking. Wide Avenue so easy to park a ute or trailer or camper van.
Easy access to Woolloongabba and the cbd.
3 leafy parks with kids and dog play parks.
