Self check in after 2pm, parking available with prior arrangement and for a fee (undercover-garage parking, off street parking; public parking across the street), private bathroom, private powder room and large rooms throughout, Yarra River Boulevard offers private sanctuary just steps away from restaurants, Victoria Gardens shopping centre, cinema and the city. Our kitchen is equiped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea facilities. Yarra River Boulevard homestay has large living and dining room and a small garden. There is separate area with desk for those that need to work from home. No TV on the property. Our bedroom is a large and has two king single size, premium mattresses for comfort. Blankets, pillows and towels are provided. Room has a heater available. Behind the property is well known Yarra walking trail and Yarra river with water activities available nearby. Tram stop is 2 minutes away, the line that goes to city. We accept small and medium pets (fee may apply) with prior permission, please contact us via messages about it. We welcome you to our home and hope you will enjoy your stay and Melbourne!
