Beautiful old style house close to coffee shops, pubs, transport. A short walk to the famous Sovereign Hill Tourist Park, and the Ballarat Wildlife Park. The main part of the city is walking distance.
House is managed by Kevin, a retired business owner who has traveled extensively and is currently writing his second book.
