Milsons Passage is an island north of Danger Island on legendary Hawkesbury Rivers.
it is Boat access only. You get there by water taxi, your own boat or boat hire. We also have house and boat package for those who has a valid boat license. it is only five minutes boat ride from the Mooney Mooney boat ramp where you park the car at the car park there.
Located on Milsons Passage, this retreat style Hampton two levels home has an unique vaulted cathedral ceilings. Spacious open kitchen with a walk-in pantry that has all daily use of equipment/tools/pots/processors... you name it! The master bedroom is spacious of 35m2. Another king bed is set up facing the river with breeze n river view from the balcony. Living area is Downstairs with a pool table, hot Spa and 3 kayaks. You can watch boats passing, read the books in the cute boat house, watching sunrise from jetty, that is the best moment! There is a second fridge, fishing gears and mud crabs' catchers inside the boat house. Three Kayaks under the house. A natural Reserve at rear for those who loves bush walking and meditations. We select good quality and designers brand for our beddings and towels. We also give away red wines or champaign as surprises for special occasions of some guests. The host has been in the property industry for over 18 years working as an investment portfolio manager and also sales agent. She has a post graduate degree in Property Investment and Development from UNSW in 2008. Miranda loves travel, fashion and instrumental music. She won an editing award after making a short documentary film in Sydney film school in 2006. Currently She is studying Trauma Hypnosis and Gestalt Therapy.
It is a small community with 44 houses. half of them are long term local residents. some are retirees while a small numbers are tenants. there is a rural fire services on this Island. A team does great voluntary work to protect the reserve and neighbourhood as brave fire fighters.
