The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, an entrance hall and a terrace. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are at guests' disposal. The apartment has a private parking space on floor -2 in an underground garage with a ramp, from which the apartment can be accessed by elevator. In the Bulevar complex itself, there is a children's playground, a bakery, restaurants, markets. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is a tram and bus stop, as well as Sarajevo Airport. The apartment is 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ilidža, 10 minutes from Vrel Bosna, 30 minutes from Bjelašnica, 45 minutes from Jahorina and 15 minutes from Baščaršija.
