It is situated in the middle of a wineyard with a stunning view over the Susica valley. The base of the house is from the 15th century but the house is very modern, renovated in 2018. Around the house are plenty of pomegranade, fig and olive trees and in season you are welcome to taste the fruits. Of course you are also welcome to taste the organic wines that are produced on the premises.
I welcome you to the wineyard that has been in my family for over 500 years. I'm proud to uphold the tradition of winemaking, and all my wines are organic. I live in Sweden but spend a lot of the year in Bosnia, running the wine production.
The Susica valley and its surroundings are very beautiful. The location is very good for day trips. It is a 20 minute car ride to the city of Trebinje with an interesting old town. To Dubrovnik it is less than 1 hour and to the beautiful city of Kotor in Montenergro, it is only 1 hour and 15 minutes. The valley is very good for hiking and bicycling, and you will be provided with a guide leaflet for nearby hiking. Close by to the wineyard there is also a restaurant with lunch and dinner serving during the seasons.
