The building is brand new, completed and occupied in 2025. It is located directly next to the Bingo Shopping Center, overlooking the city’s main pedestrian promenade from the balcony. Just across the street, you will find the central city square, while the University building is only 400 meters away. The airport is approximately 2 km (7 minutes by car) from the property, and the main bus station is only 600 m away. The building has direct access from Vojvode Radomira Putnika Street, which also leads to a free public parking area. The main entrance to the building is located on the opposite side, where several resident parking spaces are available, along with the garage entrance that provides private indoor parking spaces reserved exclusively for guests of our apartment (for a daily fee).
