The residence is on the owner's property. It is located in the region of Herzegovina, near Međugorje and the Croatian border. The object is located in a rural area with its own driveway. Privacy guaranteed. The climate is mild Mediterranean, the summer with longer periods without rain, average daily air temperature 38 degrees. Summer nights very pleasant, the temperature is below 20 degrees. The number of sunny days is 300 per year. The average winter temperature is around 7 degrees.
The house is in a Mediterranean style, ground floor with a covered outdoor terrace and a second floor with an open balcony. The yard has a swimming pool, barbecue, bar, lawn of 600 m2. Vila se nalazi u mirnom seoskom krajoliku sa svim urbanim sadržajima. Blaga klima tijekom cijele godine sa dostignutih 300 sunčanih dana. U neposrednoj blizini teku dvije rijeke koje obogaćuju floru i faunu. Jedna od rijeka stvorila je dva lijepa vodopada s pripadajućim jezercima.
