Located in a quiet and peaceful area, within the garden of pine trees and with beautiful view to the nearby meadow field landscape. The Villa offers full privacy and is ideal for families with kids.
The Villa is a newly built, modern and functional property, enabling its guests to feel fully relaxed and enjoy their vacation. It accommodates up to 12 guests in a 2-floore space. It consists of a large living room (including dining space), fully equipped kitchen and 1 bedroom at a ground level, as well as 4 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor. There are two bathrooms (including toilets) and one additional toilet, as well as separated laundry room, and a spacy garage. Also, there is an additional bedroom at ground level, which is suitable for elderly persons with reduced mobility.
Property poses its own large private garden, outdoor kitchen with barbeque and appliances.
