I'm Arthur, a 28 year old from Ghent. I rent out this beautiful house together with the help of my dear mother.
The Cozy House at The Lake is a 15-minute drive from the old city of Ghent.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and the beautiful sunset.
You can take the bikes and discover Nazareth, Deurle and Sint Martens Latem or spend a day in Ghent!
We provide an excellent internet connection, chromecast in the TV and a lovely fireplace.

Important Information:
- Pets are allowed
- Check in is possible from 4:00 PM, check out at the latest 11:00 AM
- Our house is cleaned by a professional cleaning team.
- We provide professional bed linen and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company.
- We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check-in yourself upon arrival without meeting anyone.
- Remember you are staying in a residence, not a hotel.
- Treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we live very close by and do our very best to take action as soon as possible, but no one lives on the property 24/7.

It's a nice and private cozy house near Nazareth village & Ghent city.
It is placed in a quiet and green area, by a lake.
You can take the bikes and discover Nazareth, Deurle and Sint Martens Latem or spend a day in Ghent!
Have a picnic on the banks of the Leie and take the beautiful walking routes. End the day in one of the many nice restaurants or have a nice BBQ in the garden and turn on the fire pit to enjoy the warmth and the sound of crackling burning wood.
The Cozy House is a very popular bnb.
It's not in the middle of nowhere, it's in a suburb, but the Cozy House is surrounded by garden, green and water.
The Cozy House itself brings you peace through its simplicity and gives you the opportunity to experience nearby city life.
To get the full holiday feeling, I can recommend going on a bike trip.
